The Vision Way

The Vision Way comprises 10 guiding principles that support our code of conduct and set the standard for our daily behaviours and interactions with one another.

These guiding principles include how we care for and respect our patients, their families and each other, and how we remain at the forefront of our fields through continuous education and improvement.

The Vision Way acts as our ‘cultural guardrail’ to ensure everybody knows what is expected using common language. It also helps to foster familiarity, belonging and synchronicity in the way we ‘show up’ in our workplaces every day.

Having been initiated as a direct result of feedback in our 2021 Employee Engagement survey, The Vision Way has brought together all the positive team cultures across our organisation to form a national standard of which we can be proud.

The Vision Way Awards

These are our quarterly awards to celebrate staff members who embody The Vision Way values. They allow us to publicly recognise and show appreciation to our wonderful employees and share good news stories across the organisation. Team members are nominated by fellow staff to ensure the opportunity for recognition is available to everyone, regardless of their role or location.
