In the heart of Adelaide’s northern suburbs, a revolution in ophthalmic care is unfolding at Windsor Gardens Day Surgery. Ophthalmologist Dr Soo Ng shares an insider’s perspective on what makes this operating facility a cut above the rest.

Even their fees for uninsured patients and pensioners are better than other sites. The support they provide is comprehensive.’
Patients also appreciate the facility’s convenient location and availability of on-site parking, he says. ‘Those who live in the northern suburbs save a lot of time by avoiding a trip all the way into the city. But I even have patients on the south side of Adelaide who prefer to come here due to the ease of parking. It’s one less thing for them to worry about.’
And just recently, one of Dr Ng’s cataract surgery patients made history by becoming the 10,000th patient to be operated on at Windsor Gardens Day Surgery – a memorable moment for all.
