By car

Our clinic is conveniently located in the heart of Box Hill. We are situated in front of the Whitehorse Plaza, where parking is available in the shopping centre car parks. There is also a parking bay at the front of the building to enable patients to be dropped off and picked up.

PLEASE ARRANGE FOR A RESPONSIBLE PERSON TO ACCOMPANY YOU HOME AFTER YOUR SURGERY. Certain types of anaesthesia may cause drowsiness and impair your mental alertness. You will not be allowed to drive home.

By public transport

There are plenty of public transport options. The route 109 tram stops directly opposite our clinic, and Box Hill train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Whitehorse Day Surgery is a specialist day surgery facility for ophthalmic procedures, including:

  • Vitreoretinal surgery such as epiretinal membrane, macular hole, retinal detachment
  • Cataract surgery and laser cataract surgery
